NMMI Foundation
spotlight recognizes
Lance deStwolinski, 1964
JCG, and his wife Betsy.

The
deStwolinski's have
committed one million
dollars from their
family foundation to
award scholarships and
provide educational
programs to Native
American cadets to
ensure that deserving
Native American cadets
have an opportunity to
receive a world-class
education.
The deStwolinski's gift
will be paid over a
twenty-five year period.
The scholarships,
recruitment and special
programs, which have
included a presentation
by WWII veteran and
Navajo code talker Dr.
Samuel Billison.
Thanks to the generosity
of the deStwolinski's
sixty-six scholarship
awards were made
since 2002.
In
committing this
tremendous gift to NMMI,
Lance and Betsy have
acknowledged the
leadership of the
Daniels Fund and have
set an example of
generosity and
compassion for alumni
and others to follow.
